Andrew Evans

• Andrew's first set of wheels was a Powerwheels Jeep CJ hot rodded with a medical grade battery from a ventilator
• After money shifting and learning how to replace his SN95's engine in his parent's garage, he began to pass this experience forward by encouraging others in his community that they too can do their own repairs or modifications.
• When he's not looking for a new off-road trail with his Bronco, he's simultaneously restoring an E36 325i and fighting to keep his E92 roadworthy.

Experience

Andrew is a gearhead whose passion started with holding the flashlight for dad "there, not there." Growing up around cars and getting his license in the early days of automotive forums and YouTube, Andrew used these tools to research cars old and new, troubleshoot issues, and DIY his own repairs. Over the years, his preferences (aka obsessions) have ranged from American Muscle, VWs, and rally cars, but there has always been a place for 1990-2000s Jeeps and BMWs. He's been behind the wheel of over 100 vehicles, driven them internationally, and taken multiple cross-country trips. Andrew's professional background is in healthcare and technology but has always had a passion for the automotive world. He's eager to share his experience and enthusiasm with those around him by offering help researching new or used vehicles, off-roading tips, advice and encouragement for DIY upgrades, or ranting about why the XJ really is the one true perfect vehicle.

Education

Andrew graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in respiratory care, and the University of San Diego with Master of Science in healthcare informatics.
