Drunk Man Gets Third OUI After Doing Donuts In Tractor On Public Road

A Massachusetts man was arrested Wednesday for operating under the influence after doing donuts in a tractor in the middle of a main road.

According to WCVB Boston and The Patriot Ledger, neighbors called Pembroke police Wednesday night after they spotted 49 year old Jeffrey Sevigny roasting the tires of a Bobcat around 8pm.

When police arrived they found Sevigny driving the vehicle in a dirt parking lot which was enough for police to arrest the intoxicated man for operating under the influence—for the third time—as well as driving without a license and negligent driving. Obviously fresh tire marks in the middle of the street backed up witness accounts of the incident.

Police did not administer a field sobriety test at the time of the arrest because the man was too drunk according to Lt. Mike Jenness of the Pembroke Police.

As you can see from the above video, Bobcat donuts are usually little more than harmless fun, but like any other form of senseless hooning there is a time and a place for it. As we're sure Mr. Sevigny is now well aware, the middle of a main road after an evening of drinking doesn't appropriately fall into either of those two categories.
