What's The Hardest Thing To Do In Zero Gravity?

We humans are very used to gravity. We live with it every day! What gets hard when it goes away?

This might be a hard question to answer for most of us, given that a very small percentage of us are astronauts, but it's a interesting question. Certainly some things get easy (like holding another person upside down with a single finger) but there's bad with the good.

What's the hardest thing for humans to get done without gravity helping us along?
