Weekend Motorsports Roundup, Sept. 5-6, 2015

Welcome to the Jalopnik Weekend Motorsports Roundup, where we let you know what's going on in the world of racing, where you can see it, and where you can talk about it all in one convenient place. Where else would you want to spend your weekend?

It's a pretty light weekend thanks to Labor Day, so we've got you covered as to when you have an excuse to be in front of the TV and when you'll be forced to (gasp!) deal with other people.

The big ones to watch out for? NASCAR has its retro race at Darlington, and Formula One hits Monza for what may, unfortunately, be the last time for a while. Way to replace good, historic races that people actually want to watch with too many garbage countries who bring more cash than human rights to the table, Bernie. Can we leave him a box of common sense when he comes to Austin? Maybe hide it behind the ice cream in the paddock fridge so we know it'll be found?

Please, Kermit's newest squeeze and little dictator of F1, prove us wrong and keep Monza. It's an epic track for all the right reasons and besides, some of the more passionate (and erm, sketchy) Tifosi will probably surprise you with a horsie head if you don't.

But I digress. Put the rest of that horse on the grill and celebrate the fruit of your labors, America! Here's when you should be kicking yourself for not installing a TV next to the pool.
