Video Clearly Shows Woman In D.C. Running From Capitol Police

There are conflicting reports of what happened in Washington, D.C. today, but it's clear that the woman in this black Infiniti G37 Coupe was running from the various D.C. police agencies when before she crashed.

More details on Front, but you can see this woman in the Infiniti driving from the police. It's been reported that she's dead, but we've heard from NBC Washington that a woman is in a local hospital that's connected to this case.
