The Best Thing About Aston Martin's Hydrogen-Powered Rapide S
Aston Martin just passed the technical and safety tests from Ze Germans, so it can start the Nürburgring 24 next month with it's twin-turbocharged hydrogen-hybrid V12 Rapide S. It will be the first hydrogen car to race the famous track.
The car will be able to complete full laps with zero CO2 emissions and will be refuelled after each stint with 7.7 lb of hydrogen as well as gasoline. Four ultra-high strength carbon fiber tanks will hold a total of 7.7 lbs of hydrogen stored at a pressure of 350bar during the race.
That's great news, but what's your favorite detail?
