Show Us Your Neighbor's Project Car

Regardless of where you live, you have a neighbor working on something in their driveway or garage. I used to have a neighbor that used his 100-foot long driveway as a drag strip to test out his 1971 Plymouth 'Cuda at 2 a.m. After he was arrested, I got a new neighbor who is much more considerate.

His current project car is a blacked out C3 Corvette with T-tops. I walked over to his garage last night to take a look. He rescued this one for a few thousand dollars from someone who destroyed the original L82 small-block V8, he said. It now has a Chevy 383 stroker engine with substantial modifications.
