Laziest HOV Dummy Ever Is Just A Seat Wearing A Hat

Washington State Highway Patrol discovered quite possibly the laziest effort to trick your way into an HOV lane when a man was found driving with his passenger seat wearing a shirt and a hat.

The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports that State Police spotted the "incredible disappearing passenger" on Friday in Renton, WA, and hit the driver responsible with a $124 fine.

I mean, at least get a dummy in that seat. Show people that you put in some effort.
