Forsberg explains how to get a cheap missile car and how to get a new engine for it. Basically, find your friend (in this case the mad FD engine master Tony Angelo) who's holding onto a peed-on 240SX with a busted motor then bug that friend about that time you lent 'em money and then find your local JDM parts wholesaler and offer to rep out their name for a good deal.
