Heidi Klum Eclipses 2012 Volkswagen EOS

We've been told there's a new, more Golf Cabrio-esque Volksagen EOS behind Heidi Klum and it's been improved for 2012. We can't verify this because our photographer mostly brought back photos of Heidi Klum. But who are we to complain?

Essentially, this is just a redesign with the goal of bringing the car more in line with the rest of VW's offerings. But why not the other way? Why not make the rest of the cars more like the scared hamster Eos?
