eBay Challenge: The Best Modified Cars Under $10,000

It's the end of the summer and all the local car clubs are having their annual meets – but you don't have anything that will knock their collective socks off, but you do have $10k burning a hole in your bank account. Using that budget, what's the best modified car you can find on eBay?

Here are the rules:

• Selections aren't limited to simply 'cars' (kit cars, trucks, and military/commercial vehicles included)

• Cars must have a realistic selling price under $10,000.

• Cars must be operable/easily restored to running condition.

• Completed and sold listings can be included.

• You're encouraged to add modifications, as long as it doesn't go over the total budget.

• Write a short reason why your car is the best modified car for under $10k.

  Now go find a car that will one-up everyone else for the least money.
