The natural habitat of a car is a paved road. However, the Earth is covered in unpaved terrain that requires something a bit more tough – but not at the price of your comfort. That's why this week, your challenge is to find the best luxury SUVs under a $30,000 budget. You deserve it.
Here are the rules:

Cars must have a realistic selling price under $30,000.

Cars must be operable/easily restored to running condition.

Completed and sold listings can be included.

You can add modifications, as long as it doesn't go over the total budget.
