Could This Be The Perfect MKIV Supra You Have Been Searching For?
With its legendary twin-turbo 2JZ inline-six, the Mark IV Toyota Supra was quick out of the box, and could also make supercar smashing power with a few mods. But finding bone stock cars in good condition can be a challenge. Is this 60,000 mile, 6-speed, targa the one?
Many of us fantasize about a weekend car for cruising, canyon carving, or attacking our local race track. A car that throws practicality aside for pure driving enjoyment. Car Buying has scoured the internet to find a ride for your perfect Sunday Drive!
The 90's were a great time for Japanese performance cars. Nissan, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, and Toyota all gave us amazing machines that are still desirable today, but few cars have the "decimate all" reputation like the MKIV Supra. Of course the orange monster from The Fast and the Furious had something to do with the popularity, but even without that film, the Supra would have achieved legendary status. Tavarish has already laid out why you need a Supra in your life, so let's have a closer look at this California car with an asking price of $42,000
According to the owner the car is 100% stock and recently put $4000 worth of service including new: tires, timing belt, water pump, new drive belt, valve cover gaskets, radiator, radiator hoses, spark plugs, battery, and all fluids have been changed
There may be cheaper Supras, there may be ones with less miles, but finding clean examples that are both turbo and manual, with no mods and a targa top are becoming increasingly rare.
I give this one a thumbs up!
