British Man Caught Driving With His Hands Behind His Head

A police safety camera van recorded a British driver for thirty seconds driving on the highway with his hands behind his head. For that, he has been arrested.

The BBC reports that 36-year-old Richard Newton was recently found guilty of dangerous driving. Newton argued that he was in control of the vehicle.

According to the North Yorkshire Police, his punishment is a 12-month driving ban, 100 hours of community service, and a £625 ($1040) fine with a £60 ($98) surcharge.
