The only "controllable" implants for ED that I have heard of (and it's not a subject I've done much research on) involve a pneumatic cylinder and a squeeze bulb that replaces one testicle. Assuming state of the art has advanced beyond this, I would also assume that they would not use an RF remote. And, if they for some odd reason DID use an RF remote they wouldn't use a garage door opener frequency. But hey, whoo knows what kind of prank those crazy Turks might play on an Englishman.
