
London is one of the more automobile-unfriendly cities we've ever visited, and with the enlargement of the EU, foreign visitors to the Yew Kay's cap-city have been gobbing in the face of the city's Lovely Ritas in the form of unpaid parking-violation fines. According to the Association for London Government, only 4.5% of parking fines levied upon vehicles of foreign registry are actually paid, leaving the curbside revenooers in a tizzy. Highly unsporting, old chaps!
